15) G.D.P.R. – By signing here you are agreeing that Emer will have and store information received on your child including photographs, videos, personal information, exam results and more. This information is kept in a safe area and all paperwork is only shared with staff members where relevant and deemed necessary.

Also with Covid contact tracing etc – it is apparent that I have the relevant up to date information on your child, contact numbers and an incase of emergency contact number etc – so there may be additional lists and information kept and shared during this time.

Clause: Although every effort will be made to adhere to the times and dates as set out in the term timetable, if for any reason a class cannot go ahead as scheduled, or in the event of an unforeseen illness or other circumstance, you will be notified of changes and this class will be re-held at a further date or a substitute teacher will be employed to take over the proceedings.
